I am going to share with you CPAP alternatives that can help you effectively treat sleep apnea.  The CPAP machine can be a uncomfortable piece of equipment for a lot of people and has many annoying side effects.  The CPAP is one of the most popular sleep apnea treatment options, but it doesn’t have to be the only one.  It does work well for some people, but it can cause problems for others.  Deciding on a sleep apnea treatment has to work well for you and be comfortable enough to use daily.  I have researched and found some of the best alternatives to the CPAP that work well and also are cost effective and comfortable for most people that have used them.

CPAP Alternatives – UPPP surgery

UPPP surgery is a special surgery for sleep apnea.  The procedure removes excess tissues of the mouth and throat to help blockage of the airway.  This surgery helps air flow to the throat.  It is not a comfortable CPAP alternative and it can be risky.  There are a lot of mixed results with this procedure and some people won’t even have their OSA totally
cured after it is done.  It is proven to work in a lot of cases and can help for the long term for a lot of cases though.  This is one of the more expensive and uncomfortable treatment options out there.

I shared with you some of the more effective and popular alternatives to the CPAP machine that are out there.  When choosing an alternative sleep apnea treatment, like the ones I mentioned above, make sure it is comfortable and works for you.  The good thing about these alternatives to the CPAP is that they are relatively inexpensive in comparison.  So you can find what works best for you.  Everyone is different and some work really well for them and others they don’t.
